Mobile Health Clinic Initiative
Bringing Healthcare to the Heart of the Community
Date Launched: July 2025
Location: Underserved Districts of Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region – Iraq
At Med Star Company, our commitment to community well-being goes beyond medicine and supply—we believe access to healthcare is a human right. That belief inspired the launch of the Mobile Health Clinic Initiative, a groundbreaking effort to bring essential medical services directly to underserved communities in Sulaymaniyah.
A Clinic on Wheels — Equipped for Impact
Our mobile clinic is fully outfitted to provide on-the-go primary care and support, including:
General medical examination space
Basic lab testing and diagnostics
Cold storage for vaccines and medications
First aid, maternal health, and pediatric care tools
Clean water and sanitation system
Independent power supply
A dedicated team of doctors, nurses, and medical volunteers operate the clinic, offering free consultations, check-ups, prescriptions, and health education on-site.
Early Impact
In just the first two weeks, the mobile clinic has reached over 1,200 individuals, offering services such as:
Blood pressure and diabetes screenings
Prenatal care and maternal health support
General wellness exams and minor treatments
Educational outreach on hygiene and nutrition
The response from residents and local leaders has been overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the trust and care provided by our team.
Looking Ahead
This initiative is part of Med Star Company’s ongoing social responsibility mission. As we move forward, we plan to expand services to new regions, collaborate with health authorities, and offer more specialized care with future upgrades to the clinic.
